Announcing the library database training program by Bob Flatley
The library currently subscribes to over 80 different electronic databases encompassing some 23,000 e-journals, over 10,000 e-books, and a myriad of other resources including primary source documents, videos, handouts, lesson plans, etc.
This impressive collection can be daunting. As the library’s Electronic Resources and Periodicals Librarian, I am offering to travel to your department and conduct a session on the following:
The session will be followed by a question and answer period.I will come prepared with handouts and a laptop for the demonstration. Preferably the session can be scheduled in a smart classroom.
