Librarians Here to Help

Librarians are on duty during the summer sessions. Come see us at the Reference Desk in the Information Commons area of the first floor. We’ll be happy to help you get started with your research or help you dig deeper in the databases for more information for a paper or thesis.

Faculty needing to schedule a time to bring a class over to the library for instruction should also contact us by calling 610-683-4165 from 9a.m. to 7p.m. M-F or 9a.m. to 5p.m. on Saturday.

Having Trouble? We’re here to help!

Because it’s a new semester, we know that some of you may have trouble with email accounts, Blackboard, and accessing our articles and databases. Here are some links to get you started.

To activate your email account if you are having difficulty logging in:

Need Blackboard support? See this website for assistance:

Do you just need a little bit of refresher course on how to use the Blackboard features? See the Learning Technologies Center’s Blackboard Quickstart Guide:

Need help accessing our databases? If you are on-campus, all you need to do is go to the library website and select Articles and Databases. From there, you can access all of our on-line collections.

Off-campus access requires your student identification number and an activated library account. If you have never checked out a library book, this means that your account may not be activated. Please see a staff member at our Circulation Desk to activate your account.

We wish you all the best in this new semester. Remember, if you need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask!

Today’s Highlighted Library Service: Article Request

The Rohrbach Library offers a myriad of print and electronic resources its students, faculty, staff and other patrons. However, if there is something that we don’t have within our collections, we will do everything we can to attain it for you! That is why our Article Request form is such a powerful tool, that enables us to retrieve periodical articles that you need from outside sources. If you are in need, fill out the form and allow us to help you in your research process!
