In honor of Black History Month, the Rohrbach Library has a free 30-day access pass to the Alexander Street Press Black Studies in Video.
All Kutztown University students, faculty, and staff can access these videos, but you have to view them while you are on-campus! The trail ends on March 13, 2013 so don’t miss out.
This resource brings together documentaries, interviews, and unique footage that surveys the black experience.
Because it is Black History Month, we are highlighting the Black Studies in Video portion of our trial: Black Studies in Video
Additional databases from Alexander Street Press that are included in the trial include:
These resources cover the following subjects:
- History
- Family structure
- Art and culture
- Gender relationships
- Politics
- Social issues
- Economic issues
Besides the databases we have on trial, the Rohrbach Library subscribes to two other databases from Alexander Street Press. These two resources are available on a regular bases (including off-campus access with a valid KU login) through the Library’s database page.

Have you ever considered about including a little bit more than
just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and everything.
Nevertheless think of if you added some great graphics or videos to give your posts more, “pop”!
Your content is excellent but with images and video clips,
this website could undeniably be one of the best in its niche.
Awesome blog!
Link exchange is nothing else however it is just placing the other person’s blog link on your page at appropriate place and other person will also do similar for you.
