Kutztown Welcomes Local Reading Artist Theron Cook February 12th
By Taylor Dugan
Do you like modern art? Do you like diving deep into a painting? Do you like supporting local artists? Then come out to the Rohrbach Library on February 12th from 3-5pm! This month, we are featuring the amazing artwork of Reading’s own Theron Cook. This vibrant and
eye-popping art work exhibit by Cook is entitiled “LOVE” and will be located on the second floor in the library until the end of the month.
Growing up in Reading, Cook was a late bloomer in the art world, only finding his love and passion for art in the 11th grade with attending Reading Senior High School. Later, he would attend the Hussain School of Art in Philadelphia. Cook’s talent created opportunities for him and eventually lead him to NYC where he did an internship with VIBE Magazine. His dedication and motivation from this internship only pushed him to become a better artist.
Be sure to check out Theron Cook’s artwork and more on his website at Theroncookart.com where you can view his artwork, read about him, and even purchase merchandise with his artwork on it! And don’t forget to stop by the library February 12th to meet Theron Cook himself!
Excellent way of explaining, and good post to obtain facts concerning my presentation focus,
which i am going to deliver in university.
