It’s a big election year in the USA, and despite the fact that some legislators here in the Keystone State want to make voting harder for college students and other ‘untrustworthy’ types, Kutztown University has got your back.
KU has teamed up with the wizards at TurboVote to streamline the process for you and make it as easy as getting a song on iTunes or renting a DVD from Netflix. Maybe easier, since it doesn’t cost you anything.
If you need to register to vote, would like to vote by mail, or even receive election reminders to vote in person at your polling place TurboVote’s your answer. The ultra-simple website asks some basic questions in order to provide you the forms you need to get registered and vote. TurboVote then mails you completed forms with addressed, stamped envelopes for your Board of Elections, and (if you want) sends you text and email reminders with the steps you need to take in order to vote.
